We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work with OtherBals.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:


The product must be unused and in its original packaging.


Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


You must provide your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not returnable, including:


Items that have been opened or used


Products without original packaging


Items marked non-returnable in product descriptions

How to Request a Return


Email our support team at ot.herbals@gmail.com with:


Your name


Order number


Photos (if product is defective)

We will review and send you return instructions.

Refunds


Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping for Returns


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
